PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A phased demolition and renovation of classrooms, meeting rooms, student areas and offices while building was fully occupied. James R, Griffin, Inc. crews worked nights and weekends in order to successfully meet class room schedules and demanding deadlines. The project included new lecture halls with state of the art distant learning capabilities and production studios. New work also included a variable refrigerant HVAC system, new electrical and data systems, and sophisticated AV technology. A LEED certified project.
