Project Description:
Demolition of a 6 story CMU Tower with minimal disruption to building occupants and neighbors. Seismic strengthening of the six-story masonry screen façade. Accessibility upgrades. Installation of a new automatic fire sprinkling system throughout the six-story structure. The offices remained fully occupied during the entirety of the project.
