Project Description:
The project includes demolition, shoring and underpinning of historic concert hall footings, new concrete shear walls, new office wing infill, new elevator, demolition and reconstruction of concert hall floors and walls, new heating, plumbing and electrical systems, theater equipment, ADA upgrades, new concrete ramp and repairs and refinishing of existing surfaces.
