Dutra Enterprises – Mission Palms

Project Description:

New two-story, 11,000 square-foot building for commercial retail / office use.  The wood and steel framed building features the neighborhood’s uniqueness and historic Spanish influence with stone veneer façade, pavers, clay tile roof and metal awnings. The center also includes a new parking lot, storm drain bio-retention system and relocation and preservation of mature palm trees.
