Project Description:

The Rosary building is a qualified historical structure.

Renovation of the 3rd floor residential space to provide each dormitory room with an adjacent single occupancy bathroom facility and public accessible restrooms. Building improvements includes repair / replace existing wood / steel windows and stained glass, new mechanical system for the 3rd floor, upgrade existing electrical panels and wiring, new fire sprinklers in existing stairs, new fire alarm system throughout and remodel of the 2nd-floor visitor’s quarters.
