Agilent Plant Conversion

Project Description:

40,000 sq. ft. building retrofit and remodel of a technical production facility into new marketing offices for Agilent Technologies. We were selected as a design/build team member to coordinate the various design disciplines. Along with the owner’s design and engineering staff members, we were able to define and establish program goals, establish a budget and complete construction for phased occupancies by designated dates. The project also included new facade, site work and a cafeteria.
